"I worked along side Margot when we were both hired by the same clients. I was hired to sell the house, and Margot was hired to help them coordinate the move. Margot did a wonderful job of getting the house ready for sale. She coordinated what furniture was moving with the clients for their downsize, and then she got to work reassigning everything left over. Her contacts were exceptional: From antique appraisers and consignment furniture shops to charities who took the items that could not be sold- she worked through a very full house and made it look like it was all in a days work. I was particularly impressed with how well she managed all of the parties involved. She was accountable to the clients but she also worked with the children of a blended family and me to get the house ready for market. I can not recommend Margot more confidently."

It was a great help to have her review the blueprints to ensure we had the right configuration for the furnishings that we would need for each room. We continued to work together for a full year, selecting and ordering the sofas, chairs, tables, and dining and bedroom pieces. It was important to me to have everything, down to the pictures for the walls and floral arrangements for the tables, chosen and ready to be placed in the home the moment we could move in. I'm in my home now and it is a beautiful retreat for me, and a showplace to entertain my guests and family."
